About

Where purpose meets expertise.

Ali Hassanali is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation (USA) — an organization that has grown from a single initiative in Iraq into a multi-country humanitarian force serving over 90,000 orphaned children.

Before devoting himself fully to humanitarian work, Ali built a distinguished career in technology and finance, serving as Global Head of Software Asset Management at Morgan Stanley, where he applied advanced data analytics to manage enterprise-scale IT strategy.

Today, he brings that same analytical rigor to the mission of giving every orphaned child not just the means to survive — but the tools to thrive.

“Every orphaned child living in poverty ought to be given an opportunity to not only survive their difficult circumstances, but to thrive despite them.”
